The aquatic toxicity test using a 24-hour composite sample of effluent :.discharged from DAK
Americas, LLC has been .completed. DAK Americas,.=LLC has a permitted effluent discharge of 0.5
million gallons per day (MGD) entering the Cape; Fear River (7Q10 of 7910):. A whole effluent
sample was.. collected November 6, 2012 by Dale Lopez andfacility representative Donald .Allbright
for use in a 24-hour Pimephales prontelas acute pass/fail toxicity test. This test resulted in a pass.
