DAK Americas,.=LLC has a permitted effluent discharge of 0.5 million gallons per day (MGD) entering the Cape; Fear River (7Q10 of 7910):. A whole effluent sample was.. collected November 6, 2012 by Dale Lopez andfacility representative Donald .Allbright for use in a 24-hour Pimephales prontelas acute pass/fail toxicity test.
