the applicant's authorized agent, or the project engineer. It is not necessary to send certificates from all of these.

Authorization Certificate per the Neuse River Buffer Protection Rules (15A NCAC 2B. 0233) with
Additional Conditions for the above - reference project, dated September 26, 2011. Permanent
impacts (tree removal) within the buffer zones have been completed and the site has been
permanently vegetated in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the approved
Sedimentation and Erosion Control permit.
