Chris Majewski, owner and agent for CJL Partners Inc., is requesting the transfer of State Permit
No. 54-07. State Permit No. 54-07 was originally issued to CJL Partners Inc., on May 30, 2007 and
renewed on February 20, 2015, February 13, 2017, January 24, 2019 and September 15, 2020. State
Permit No. 54-07 is due expire on December 21, 2022.
This Office has no objection to the renewal of State Permit No. 54-07. Mr. Majewski has included a
check (no. 1925) in the fee amount of $100.

Jason,
As part of finalizing my Dad's estate, I would like to transfer the
CAMA permit from CJL Partners Inc., into Sawgrass Point LLC. My mom
will have his ownership and I will continue to act as owner and agent.
Please accept this letter as a formal request to transfer the CAMA permit
from CJL Partners INC. into Sawgrass Pointe LLC. No portion of the
project has started. If you need any further information please feel free
to contact me. As always thanks for your help with this.

1) This renewal shall be attached to the Permit No. 54-07, which was issued on 5/30/07, as well as all
subsequent renewals, and copies of all documents shall be readily available on site when a Division
representative inspects the project for compliance.
2) All conditions and stipulations of the active permit remain in force under this renewal.
NOTE: The N.C. Division of Water Resources has assigned the proposed project DVJR Project No.
070130,
NOTE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has assigned the proposed project SAW Action Id. No.
2007-1114-071.
NOTE: A permit renewal application processing fee of $100 was received by DCM for this project.

This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing
date.
This permit must be accessible on -site to Department
personnel when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modification not covered
hereunder requires further Division approval.
All work must cease when the permit expires on
December 31 2022
In issuing this permit, the State of North Carolina agrees
that your project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal
Management Program.
