construction requirements for stormwater A stormwater plan has indeed been prepared that removes at least 85% TSS by using a permanent wet pond on the site and this stormwater plan has been reviewed and approved by Johnston County on behalf of the Town of Benson We are providing to you a copy of the stormwater approval obtained through the County for the Town of Benson We trust that our stormwater plan as approved verifies the TSS requirements and other Phase 2 requirements for post - construction I trust that the responses above address all of the comments according to Mr Smith s request for, more information On behalf of the Applicant I would appreciate NCDWQ s continued review and expeditious approval of our 401 certification Please contact me if you have any questions Sincerely B BRL ENGINEERING Brian R Leonard PE PLS BRL/brl IV AUK -
