Make it a version 2 but no fee required They paid the first time because it was a violation site
The USACE nullified the onginal 80 feet so it's like they are starting off without any previous
impacts The USACE modified the total to 149, so you can change that on the PCN, I forgot

This is the same property as 11 -0934 I would call this a version 2 but it definitely is below
thresholds /courtesy since the USACE says its supersedes the original 404 so its sort of a

replacement rather than a version 2 Weird situation and I m not sure how to suggest you enter
it m BIMS
