A follow -up to my previous email to you. Since there could be available buffer credits in a private bank near your site,
you will need to check with them first before going through EEP like I had previously stated.
You will need to get a letter or email from the EBX bank telling us if they have available buffer credits for your required
647 sq ft of buffer mitigation.
