The proposed crossing will occur at an ebsting road and culvert crossing instead of creating a brand new crossing, therefore, minimizing the impacts. 1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques: Limit disturbance areas to minimal needed for equipment and installation. Work to be done in periods of dry weather work to be completed in minimal time necessary. Headwalls have been designed for the culver crossing to minimize impact length.
