On July 26 2012 I inspected the construction work at the new culvert site on NCSR 1326 (Macedonia Church
Road) in Transylvania County The culvert side walls have been completed and work is underway to complete
the culvert top
Please continue to ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and
mulching are performed as needed to protect downstream waters A copy of the inspection report is attached
to this letter
