This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NCG550656. Mr. Livesey emailed septic pumping records on March 8, 2021, and informed Ms. Armeni that he checks the contact chamber and chlorination tubes monthly and refills the tubes as necessary. He also checks the effluent pipe monthly and has not performed annual sampling yet since no discharge has been present. It was determined that this system is being operated and maintained in compliance with General NPDES Permit No. NCG550000. NCG550656 17 (Cont.)
