I'd want more info. from you,guys as to if grab samples would be representative (assuming they're over 35, 000 gpd). do they get'significant detention time in their lagoons (i think they have lagoons) and is it. not. short circuiting, etc.? we've had folks request this in the past and it depends onthe circumstances as to if they'd get grab sampling or not. As per their staff they have never did composite sampling. Of course I am writing this discrepancy in my report and of course they want to request an exemption.
