time in their lagoons (i think they have lagoons) and is it. not. short
circuiting, etc.? we've had folks request this in the past and it
depends onthe circumstances as to if they'd get grab sampling or not.

Susan,
I did an NPDES inspection on White Lake-Bladen County -permit # NC0082597,
last week and discovered the facility does not collect composite samples
as per their permit. As per their staff they have never did composite
sampling. Of course I am writing this discrepancy in my report and of
course they want to request an exemption. My question to you is would
they need a permit modification or would a letter requesting exemption
