All log books appeared" complete and current. .Calibration records appeared to be properly documented.Laboratory data was reviewed. All data appeared to be correct as reported on the DMR's. At the.time of the inspection, the grit removal system was not operable. The system has not -properly operated since the initial installation, so now the system is bypassed completely. New curtain baffles were installed in the multicell lagoon in 2008. The temperature in the sample storage unit was reading 11.0 degrees Celsius during this inspection. It was noted: to the ORC that the thermostat on the unit needs to be adjusted to bring the temperature to the proper level. There was a minimal amount of duckweed on the lagoon surface. The effluent was very clear and appeared to be free of any visible solids. It was discussed with the ORC and Public Works Director that this facility begin. , submitting an annual report for the WVVTP and the collection system. A copy of the letter, dated October 19, 1999 by Kerr T. Stevens that explains House Bill 1160 and the requirements of an annual report, was left with the Public Works Director for future reference.
