Inspection Summary:
At time of inspection, an AST containing diesel fuel was noted on the property. Secondary containment was provided for the
AST and there appeared to be no leaks coming from the tank. However, the flow control valve on the tank was not secured
with a lock. Please secure the the valve on the AST with an appropriate lock. At this time, no other issues were present, but
it is recommended that the No Exposure Certification be temporarily denied until the valve is secured. The facility will be
reinspected within 30 days from today (3/9/2021).
