Topsail Campus Proposed School Sites
Dear Mr Dorney
On behalf of the Pender County Board of Education, we wish
to request a waiver to Water Quality Certification for the Top-
sail campus proposed school sites project Enclosed please find
a copy of a Section 404 Nationwide Permit No 26 application
which includes a site location map, proposed fill areas, an alter-
natives analysis, and other supporting documentation
We believe that significant efforts to eliminate impacts to
water quality have been made during the planning process for this
important public project A copy of this report is being for-
warded to Mr Jim Gregson of the Wilmington Office of the North
Carolina Division of Environmental Management to expedite and as-
sist in the determination of this request
