The North Carolina Division of Coastal Management has reviewed the proposed
modification to the Exchange Road Extension prof ect at Camp LeJ eune in Onslow County NC
pursuant to 15 CFR 930 Subpart C - Consistency for Federal Activities This project
modification received in our office on June 27 2002, entails the construction of a Jogging path
running parallel with the roadway Wetlands and waters at the crossing of Beaverdam Creek are
to be bridged by the path Based upon our review the proposed modification is consistent with
the North Carolina Coastal Management Program provided any necessary modifications to the
401 Water Quality Certification and or Sedimentation and Erosion Control Plan are obtained
