the old wastewater facility, adjacent to Codgell s Creek, on Camp Leieune Onslow County North Carolina
Description of Activity Authorization to discharge fill material and a culvert into 100 linear feet of Codgell s Creek
for the replacement of the existing roadbed and culvert To enhance flows and to compensate for any impacts to the
aquatic resources, USMC will be removing an existing road and culvert (4pproxi mately 120 linear feet) ust
downstream from the replacement site
