Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on March 8, 2021. Reid Whitehead
and Nick Adams were present during the inspection. The following are items that require attention:
- ~ L 188+00 L (Site 15) - Add rip rap to bank. Not urgent. Can be added after stormwater outlet is constructed.
- ~ L 129+00 R (Below Site 9) - Sediment release self reported and remediated on 2/22/2021. Cleanup is complete.
- ~ L 69+00 L - Small amount of sediment observed in stream. Most likely from residual in ditch line. Requires cleanup.
Continue to monitor this site and remove any additional sediment. Coir log can remain in place.
