Michael,
I am sending this email on behalf of the Notice of Violation received by Carl Boger - Iredell County
(AWC490051) on February 9, 2021. Mr. Boger plans to pump the waste out of the waste storage pond when
he is able to utilize it on cropland. He will keep the freeboard at levels below the maximum level in the pond
until he is able to receive funding through the Federal EQUIP program for cost share to complete the lagoon
closure. He has completed the application for the funds thru the Iredell County Soil Conservation Service and
those will more than likely be available in October. At that time the waste storage pond will be closed.
