Andrew — I think it's fine to withdraw the project as long as Amanda does not object to this project moving
forward. And, in the future, I'll ask you both before submitting the pre application request. I was trying to avoid an
extra 30 day waiting period if we did need formal approval.
Thanks
Andrew

Andrew,
Based on the information provided, it appears that, if the Corps determines this project will qualify for a NWP 13, then
written approval for coverage under 401 General Water Quality Certification 4134 (GC 4134) would not be required
provided all conditions of GC 4134 are followed.
For projects that you do not believe will require written approval from the Division for a 401 Water Quality Certification
and/or notification from the Corps or you are requesting confirmation as such, I recommend you just email Amanda and
I directly as the Corps doesn't receive any information through Laserfiche related to the 30-day pre -filing meeting
request and you are not required to submit a 30-day pre -filing meeting request for projects that fall under the
thresholds requiring written approval from the Division. It kind of jams our system up if we get the 30-day meeting
request for projects that never submit an application.
If your client plans to proceed with this project without written approval from the Division, please let me know so that I
may withdraw the project from our system.
Thanks,

Hi Andrew and Amanda — not sure if you have had a chance to review this pre -filing request. I think NWP 13 applies for
this project and I'm guessing formal notification is not required, but I wanted to confirm with you both. I've attached
plans for reference.
Thanks
