Please give a brief project description below.

Construct a new driveway to provide access from street to home for a
couple in their eighties. It will be 100' x 10' wide ending at the living level
where a small stream passes thru a stone and masonry dry "pond" about
6' x 12'. The steam water passes thru the pond thru a 4" pipe. The 4"
pipe is all that is needed normally as the stream which seems to begin as
surface water less than 20 feet above the "pond". The pipe size will be
increased to accomodate higher water flow during rain storms. The pond
structure will be filled in and driveway will go over pond structure. The
driveway (to be concrete) climbs at 18 degrees on existing 18 degree
incline. Total disturbed area 2,000 sq. ft.
