I was a bit confused in my correspondence w/ Lindsay last week They did not close on the property
last Wednesday
She emailed me Friday and confirmed that they closed on it on Friday June 1St at 3 30 pm
Wake GIS has not been updated yet but attached is a copy of the deed that I downloaded from the
Wake County Register of Deeds website It s dated May 31St and recorded on Friday at 4 39 pm
after they closed on it
They are now the proud owners of 526 Oakland Drive
Anything new in the legislature on exempting pre existing lots?
