Please give a brief project description below.

This project proposes the construction of a residential development
and its necessary infrastructure including but not limited to, roadway
infrastructure, residential lots, utilities and stormwater control
measures. The project is located at 920 Twyla Road in Cary, NC and
is approximately 18.8 acres. There are proposed wetland impacts
associated with this project. Existing conditions consists of some
residential structures (mainly in the southern portion of the property)
and wooded and agricultural land. NC Highway 540 is located west of
the properties while Green Hope School Road is located south of the
properties.
