This project proposed the construction of a single-family residential
development including but not limited to; roadway infrastructure,
residential lots, utilities, mailbox kiosk, and SCMs. The project is
located at 506 Husketh Road in Youngsville, NC and is approximately
60 acres. Existing conditions onsite consists primarily of forested land
along with a residential structure in the southwestern corner of the
property.
