Approximately 0.10 acres of fill requested for the construction of the retail building, parking area, and road. The owner will use retaining walls to limit and minimize the footprint of the wetland fill. This will be submitted as a Nationwide 18 or a Nationwide 39 Permit, pending guidance from Emily Greer.
