Please give a brief project description below.
Commercial retail and warehouse project for tract located on Hwy 17
in Hampstead. Approximately 0.10 acres of fill requested for the
construction of the retail building, parking area, and road. The owner
will use retaining walls to limit and minimize the footprint of the
wetland fill. This will be submitted as a Nationwide 18 or a Nationwide
39 Permit, pending guidance from Emily Greer. A PJD for this tract
was issued for this site on 8/11/20 (SAW-2008-01742). I have
attached location maps, an overview map showing the wetland impact
areas, and other documents.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
