The lot at 302 Live Oak Street in Emerald Isle has wetlands on it. It is
beside Archers Creek with a buffer down the length of the property, in
order to keep with the setbacks required by the town of Emerald Isle
and in order to build a single family residential home on the site a
portion of the property would need to be filled. In order to retain this
fill dirt a wall will need to be constructed across the rear of the
property aprox. 48' from the rear property line and aprox. 10-15'from
the rear of the house.
