Please reference the Site Specific Mitigation Plan for the Muddy Creek Watershed
Restoration project dated June 10, 2009 and our subsequent acceptance letter for the inclusion of
this site into the City of Charlotte's Umbrella Stream and Wetland Mitigation Bank (Bank) dated
July 15, 2009 This plan will generate approximately 6,992 stream mitigation units and 2 9
wetland nutigation units On December 15, 2011, we received the real estate report for the
project as required by the Mitigation Banking Instrument (MBI) entitled, "Agreement to
Establish the City of Charlotte, Umbrella Stream and Wetland Mitigation Bank in Mecklenburg
County" The report and associated maps is acceptable and completes the requirements of the
MBI to allow the initial release of 15% of total anticipated credits which are estimated at 1048 8
stream ntigation units and 0 44 wetland mitigation units If you have any questions, please
