On August 18, 2010, at your consultant s request Amy Chapman from the Division of Water
Quality (DWQ) conducted an on site determination to review a feature located on the subject
property for applicability to the Neuse Buffer Rules (15A NCAC 02B 023 3) On February 11
2011 at your consultant s request Penann Russell and Ian McMillan from DWQ performed an
onsite appeal of the same feature for applicability to the Neuse Buffer Rules (15A NCAC 02B
0233)
DWQ has determined that the feature labeled as "A" on the attached map initialed
by Amy Chapman on July 17 2012 is subject to the Neuse Buffer Rules starting
at the confluence (coordinates Lat 35 714460622 N, Long 78 628962328 W) of
features `A and B
® DWQ has determined that the feature labeled as "A" on the attached map initialed
by Amy Chapman on July 17 2012 is not subject to the Neuse Buffer Rules
between Yeargan Road and the confluence (coordinates Lat 35 714460622 N,
Long 78 628962328 W) of features A' and B

by Amy Chapman on July 17 2012 is not subject to the Neuse Buffer Rules
This determination shall replace all determinations previously performed by DWQ
