The purpose of the visit was to conduct a compliance inspection. I wish to thank Mr. Holbert for his assistance during the inspection. The following comments are highlighted as a result of the inspection (please refer also to the attached inspection report): 1. The septic tank was pumped on February 2, 2021. 2. All pumps and alarms were operational. 3. The UV disinfection unit was operating as designed. 4. The entire drip field was properly fenced and well maintained.
