On February 9, 2021, staff of the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR), Water Quality Regional
Operations Section (WQROS), inspected the subject single family residence surface irrigation
wastewater treatment and disposal system. The purpose of the visit was to conduct a compliance
inspection. We wish to thank Mr. Wilkerson who was present and assisted during this inspection.
On the day of the inspection all single family residence wastewater treatment and application
equipment appears to be well maintained. The sprinklers appeared to be working. The septic tank
is due to be pumped this year.
