I wanted to follow back up with you about Salters Haven. I emailed you a couple of months ago about some
minor changes to the site plan in Phase 2 (attached). Impacts would remain the same. We are hoping that new
permits won't be needed and that you can simply update your files with this new plan. Let me know what you

Hi Emily and Robb
I want to let you know that the site plan for Phase 2 of Salters Haven has changed slightly. The applicant is now
proposing boat parking and a pond in the northwestern corner of the site (see attached). The previous site plan
showed just an amenity pond in this location. The two RPW impacts that were previously shown and authorized
in this location haven't changed.
This proposed change is needed because Mr. Logan was getting feedback from potential lot buyers requesting
boat parking. This demand exceeded the planned parking available near the marina.
Since the revision is minor and impacts haven't changed, we are hoping that new permits won't be needed and
that you can just update your files with this new plan. But let me know what you think.
