Please give a brief project description below.

PNG is planning to conduct work at 12 separate areas along the
existing Lien 373 natural gas pipeline. Line 373 originates at an
existing station site north of Hovis Road near Stanly in Gaston County
and extends generally northeast for
approximately 21.8 miles before terminating at an existing PNG
station at the junctions of Lines 372 and 257 west of Coffee Point
Drive in Charlotte in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
The proposed work will be conducted entirely within the existing 50-
foot wide easement and will entail a variety of activities necessary to
address potential speed excursions, or areas where the existing pipe
geometry may create conditions that prohibit an in -line inspection
device (aka "smart pig) from collecting the necessary data. Such work
may entail replacement of pends, elbows or segments of pipe, and
may involve temporary impacts to wetlands or streams located in the
project area. Accordingly, the work may require authorization under
NWP-12 and WQC 4133.
