The proposed project is located at 25140 NC HWY 12 in Waves,
Dare County, NC. The purpose of the proposed project is to
construct a single family residence and associated septic system on
an undeveloped lot comprised of uplands and section 404 wetlands.
The project proposes to fill 0.071 acres of wetlands to accommodate
where the proposed septic system was permitted to be placed and
allow room for a house pad. The client is seeking a Nationwide 18
Permit through the USACE. Attached is a USGS Topo Map showing
the location of the project, and a Site Plan of the proposed fill and
development.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
