The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received a Bank Parcel Development Package (BPDP) for the
above referenced site on February 1, 2012 for review and approval under the terms and conditions of the
Greene Environmental Services Neuse River Riparian Buffer and Nutrient Offset Umbrella Mitigation
Banking Instrument (UMBI) The UMBI was made and entered into by Greene Environmental
Services, LLC, acting as the Bank Sponsor, and the DWQ on October 3, 2008 DWQ received a revised
BPDP on May 31, 2012
On June 13, 2012 the subject BPDP was placed on public notice DWQ received no comments
regarding the subject BPDP This BPDP is now approved
According to the credit release schedule outlined in your UMBI, the following items are required prior
to receiving your first credit release of twenty percent
Conservation easement approved by DWQ — please revise the existing easement according to the
recommendations provided by Katie Memtt, with DWQ, in an email to Ms Lia Gilleski on July
18, 2012
