Ian,
We are working with Columbus County Municipal Airport on payment of the 16.84 units mitigation credits associated
with the 401 approval for the Parallel Taxiway project upcoming at the airport, DWQ Project #1996- 0975v3. Partial
payment of the mitigation credits has been made to Stone Farm Mitigation Bank (See attached receipt dated 7/3/12
from Stone Farm). We expect to make payment for the remaining credits within the next 45 days, however this will
exceed the requirement of making payment within 60 days of the date of the 401 approval letter (letter dated May 31,
2012). The Airport is currently working with the NCDOT Division of Aviation to finalize funding for payment of the
remaining mitigation credits. The Airport would like to request an extension of 30 days for making payment to Stone
Farm Mitigation Bank for the remaining mitigation credits. Please let me know if this extension request is acceptable.
