This Pre-Filing notification is being submitted in conjunction with a
Nationwide 18 application. The subject site is currently undeveloped
uplands and wetlands. Adjacent parcels include single family
residences and undeveloped uplands and wetlands. The proposed
project will consist of filling 0.069 acres of wetlands using dump
trucks, skid steer, and silt fencing to contain the proposed fill. The
proposed fill of 0.069 acres of wetlands is to accommodate a single
family residential development.
