Replace Bridge No. 29 on SR 1200 (Bethany Church Road//Perry's Bridge Road)over a branch
of Perquimans River.
SUMMARY OF HISTORIC ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPES REVIEW
Description of review activities, results, and conclusions:
Review of HPO quad maps,HPO GIS information,historic designations roster,and indexes was
undertaken on March 10,2015. Based on this review,there is a Determined Eligible property,the
Thomas D. White House(PQ295)and a Survey Site,PQ751 House within the Area of Potential Effects
(APE),which is approximately 800' from each end of the bridge and 150' from the centerline each way.
A survey will be required.
