As discussed, see attached package of information regarding a minor permit modification we anticipate submitting for the R-2828 project. Jared first shared this information with Gary Jordan for him to review from a BA/BO standpoint. I understand Gary copied Eric on his response to Jared indicating that USFWS does not have any objections to the proposed modification and he didn't need a meeting to discuss. I am attaching the information package so you have it and can review it. If you'd like us to set up a call with the contractor to walk through the information prior to submitting the permit mod request, we can do that if you'd like. Just let us know.
