Jared,

I have reviewed this information regarding the permit modification. The USFWS does not have any objections
to the proposed modification. With regard to Section 7, the change is not significant enough to alter the effects
on listed aquatic species. The amount of take associated with the action will not change, and the Terms and
Conditions of the October 15, 2019 Biological Opinion/Conference Opinion are still appropriate. A meeting
will not be necessary.

I just received the bridge trestle modification information packet. It is for the bridge over Swift Creek on the R-
2828 project that I had discussed with you earlier in the year. Included in the packet is the justification, drawings, and
impact numbers. Please look over and give me some dates and times you would be willing to meet with the Design Build
