We have a new "Permit Billing Contact" that needs to be updated for our Stormwater Permit here at Elkay Plumbing
Products Company. I have attached the last copy of the Permit Contacts Summary for your reference. Our Old Permit
Billing Contact, Terry Adkins is no longer with us. The new contact can be updated as to the information provided
below. I also want to get confirmation that all of our invoices are paid up and we didn't miss any payments during our
change over period, who would I contact to check on billing information ?
