I have a couple of questions regarding the PCN for B4804 In Rockingham County
• There Is no discussion about post construction stormwater with regard to the Jordan
Buffer rules WIII diffuse flow be provlded2 If not why2 Are existing ditches (stormwater
conveyances) being used2 If so are they having to be modified to handle the flow
Please refer to the Jordan Buffer Rules Table of Uses for applicability
• WIII flow be directed into one or two barrels2 If so please add sills and floodplain
benches to the appropriate barrels If not please justify why
If I don t receive the Information In one week I will put the project on hold Thanks
