Will the 6 stream impacts be open cut. This is not detailed in the application. If so, please describe the method for open cutting. The water mains will be installed via open cut. The intent is to have the contractor perform the work during a dry/low flow period. The contractor's construction method will vary based on the season/weather. Depending on the flow condition at the time of installation, this may mean temporarily damming the channel and using the attached temporary pump around detail. 2. Will the impacts be performed in the dry? Will this be accomplished via dewatering or during the dry season? If so impacts are being performed via dewatering, please describe method for dewatering and has this taken into account on the impact maps/table? Please also see response to question 1. The pipe installation will occur quickly so the need to consider temporal impacts is not needed. The proposed impacts are temporary in nature and do not require mitigation. Please see attached pump -around schematic for use when needed. Thanks in advance. Stephanie Z.
