ANNUAL PRETREATMENT REPORT NARRATIVE
NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE
Brookwood Farms, Inc. —I.U. 003
Brookwood Farms, Inc. did not have any violations through the Town's monitoring program for the 2020
year.
Mountaire Farms, Inc. — I.U. 004
Mountaire Farms, Inc. had one violation through the Town's monitoring program for the 2020 year.
This violation was for failure to report weekly BOD for 06/30/2020.
Brookwood Farms and Mountaire Farms were issued new pretreatment permits 01/01/2021 and will
expire at midnight 12/31/2025.
HWA is due this year and will be updated to include Mountaire Farms.
There are currently eight dental offices within the Town of Siler City's collection system. Letters along
with a one-time compliance report and a dental mercury survey were mailed out 04/30/2020. As of
02/01/2021 only three have filled out and return their forms. Since dental offices were closed most of
the year because of Covid, I plan to resend these forms again 04/30/2021.
