ALL MANHOLES INSTALLED INSIDE THE 50' SETBACK FROM EDGE OF EXISTING WETLANDS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A WATERTIGHT RING AND COVER WITH GASKET AND SHALL BE BOLTED TO THE MANHOLE RISER SECTION, ALL MANHOLE SEAMS SHALL BE EXTERNALLY TAPES /SEALED WITH A BITUMASTIC WRAP WHICH SHALL INCLUDE A MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDED PRIME COAT, THE INTERIOR OF THE MANHOLE INCLUDING THE INVERT SHALL BE LINED WITH TWO COATS SPRAYED ON EPDXY LINER, 100 MILS DRY FILM THICKNESS MINIMUM, ALL PIPE CONNECTIONS SHALL BE WATERTIGHT CONSISTING OF EITHER A FLEXIBLE RUBBER BOOT OR COMPRESSION TYPE CONNECTOR, ALL MANHOLES SHALL BE VACUUM TESTED ACCORDING TO ASTM C1244 AND NO DOGHOUSE MANHOLES SHALL BE USED. 20.) ALL GRAVITY SEWER PIPE MATERIAL INSTALLED WITHIN THE 50' SETBACK FROM THE EDGE OF EXISTING WETLANDS SHALL MEET WATER MAIN STANDARDS 15A NCAC 18C. 21.)
