Mr. Davis,
After reviewing the stream flow data reports that you have provided in accordance with
Condition #3 of 401 Individual Certification #1756 issued November 20, 2019, the Division
requests additional information to further assist with our review. Please provide the following
information by April 15, 2021:
1. In a letter to the Town dated August 19, 2020 the resource agencies recommended that
the Town install a means to "pump around" in order to meet minimum downstream
flows. Please provide information regarding what efforts has the Town made with
regards to this recommendation.
2. Please provide the following data for the calendar year of 2020 in spreadsheet format:
a. Daily Water Use Data: Total daily volumes (gallons), highest estimated
instantaneous withdrawal rate (gallons/min) daily, beginning and ending times of
withdrawal, and the downstream gate reading one hour prior and one hour
following daily withdrawal.
b. Daily reservoir elevations (provide lowest level record per day).
c. Daily Water Restriction Stage
