with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.4(a) "At least 30 days prior to submitting a certification request, the project proponent shall

DIRECTIONS TO LAKE NANTAHALA CABIN
(ATLANTA TO ANDREWS)
Past Atlanta on 1-75, right outside Marietta, Take 1-575 to Blue Ridge. Past
Blue Ridge about two (2) miles turn left on Hwy. 60 to Mineral Bluff (1 mi.)
In Mineral Bluff, turn right on Alternate 60 (right by little church.) Alt. 60 will
run into Hwy. 76/19, turn right, continue to Murphy, NC, then Andrews, NC.
At red light at Andrews on 19, turn right and go into little town of Andrews.
From this red light go exactly two (2) miles — after crossing bridge you will
approach a fork — take right fork (Junaluska Road.) From this point, go
approx. 12 miles. Turn right on a small gravel road (Swan Road.) Stay on
main road and we are at the very end (about 2 miles on small gravel road.)
Note: If you get to the dead end, you've gone too far. Turn around and it
will be the second small gravel road on the left (it being Swan Road)
