I talked to Adam this morning. I was not able to reach you, so I hope you get this email since this is the only email
address provided in the e-NOI application.
It is very important to pay $100 annual fee for NCC205892: Wedgefield phase IIIB, lots 67-69 & 72-74.
The COC generated on 2/12/21 was a mistake. The construction was completed before getting the Certification of
Coverage, which is considered a violation. Having the ES&C plan is not enough to start the construction without the COC.
The inspector said that the project had not been ready for close-out in January when the inspector was on site and the
NCG01 COC was required. At this point, the easiest way to solve this is to go online and make a payment for $100 in
order to validate the COC you had applied for. Make sure you put NCC205892 to pull up the permit number. Until this
happens, the COC sent prematurely on 2/12 remains invalid, and the submittal and COC documents will not be
accessible in our repository.
Please confirm once payment has been submitted.
