bulkhead spur that goes to the northeast due to the extreme slope that will be created to go from 19 down to less than
7 feet across about 20 feet. Previously, we had rounded up our temporary impact to 0.180 ac of from the actual impact
of 0.174. As it turns out, due to the need to pull the wall around the wetland, we are now in fact at exactly 0.180 for the
temp impact, which is consistent with the impact table. I will pass on to the engineer the requirement about the silt
fence. They have been really detail-oriented in their estimation of necessary impacts; | know that they have taken into
account space required for BIVIPs for wetland protection, as well as for any space necessary to use equipment to
construct the wall.

Looks good, but take off one of the temporary impact labels (it could make it confusing with 2 labels). The question |
have is why do you need to impact the little tip above what is labeled as roadway grade break? Is it because of the
slope?
Just reminder that the silt fence will NOT be allowed beyond the temporary impact so please pass that on to your
engineers. And they need to include in their construction notes, when installing a silt fence the side cast needs to be
placed on the upland side or the impacted side of the wetlands as to not cause additional impacts.
