and /or violations of any condition herein set forth may result in revocation of this modification approval and any condition
herein set forth may result in revocation of this modification approval and may result in (mmmal and /or civil penalties This
modification approval shall become null and void unless the above conditions are made conditions of the federal 404 and /or
Coastal Area Management Act Permit If the Corps of Engineers requires a foi mal written modification to the 404 permit

SR 1540 in Robeson County The modification authorizes an additional 0 006 ac of Impacts to the tributary at
Site 1 to address a safety concern that was not identified in the original design The DWQ project number is
20110852
