Glass Water Resources Engineering Manager PWC/Fayetteville PO Box 1089 Fayetteville, NC 28302-1089 ROY COOPER Governor Subject: Approval of Flow Allocation for the PWC's Water Reclamation Facilities Dear Mr. Glass: in accordance with your request received on December 15, 2016 for the allocation of flow for the Rockfish Creek WRF, we are forwarding herewith approval of 500,000 gallons for the 2017 calendar year. In addition, we approve the allocation request of 100,000 gallons for the 2017 calendar year for the Cross Creek WRF. We ask that the monthly spreadsheet indicating the permit number, project name, amount of flow permitted, remaining allocation, where the flow will be treated and the cumulative flow allocated from each plant continue to be submitted to Trent Allen of this office. Additionally, the quarterly report should continue to be submitted to Deborah Gore with the PERCS Unit at 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1617 and copied to this office. For calendar year 2017, FPWC is requesting an allocation of 500,000 gallons for the Rockfish Creek WRF. Currently, the Rockfish Creek WRF receives an average flow of 14.9 MGD, with a permitted capacity of 21 MGD. For 2016 (through November), FPWC has allocated approximately 42,000 gallons of wastewater flow for the Cross Creek WRF. We are requesting an allocation of 100,000 gallons for the Cross Creek WRF for calendar year 2017. Currently, the Cross Creek WRF receives an average flow of 11.9 MGD, with a permitted capacity of 25 MGD.
