NCDOT proposes to replace the existing functionally deficient bridge
on SR 1134(Millingport Road)over Long Creek with a new bridge.
STV Engineers is providing planning,design,and Section 404/401
services on behalf of Division 10; a MCDC has been prepared; a
delineation of waters of the U.S. has been completed-jurisdictional
waters of the U.S. in the project area include Long Creek, no
wetlands were identified within the study area.An approximately
eight-mile off-site detour would be required for the full duration of
construction.The project has a Let date of May 5, 2021.
