This project is an NRCS Emergency Watershed Protection Project
that falls under 7 CFR Part 624. The project includes debris removal,
bank stabilization, stream restoration, pond perm stabilization across
eight (8) sites within Boiling Spring Lakes. All eight sites should
experience positive environmental effects via water quality
enhancements, repair bank failures, and stabilize currently eroding
banks. Additional construction shall be done in a manner which
avoids and minimizes adverse effects to the Waters of the United
States.
